With over twenty years of law-firm and in-house experience, my law practice includes all aspects of intellectual property post-grant challenges, litigation, prosecution, and negotiation of complex technology agreements.Specifically, I assists companies and entrepreneurs in negotiating complex commercial contracts involving sophisticated technologies. My approach emphasizes clarity and balance, helping clients build strong partnerships, streamline negotiations, and protect their most vital interests. With a focus on practical solutions, I help ensure that each agreement supports both immediate objectives and long-term success.I also represent clients in federal courts across the country and before the USPTO Central Reexamination Unit (CRU), Patent Trial and Appeal Board (PTAB), and Trademark Trial and Appeal Board (TTAB). I also prepare and prosecute patent and trademark applications and appeals covering diverse technologies including, for example, oil and gas exploration and consumer products.
