Hello my name is John Hernandez, and this is my past and future goals. In my past history, I worked with FedEx 23 years while at the same time I bought real estate, owning about 10 properties both single and multi-family dwelling, my profit was about 80% in equity growth. One reason is that a new airport was being built about 10 miles away, driving my equity up in price. Following that came a Formula 1 race track. So I eventually sold my properties at a great profit, and what I did next with the money was reinvest the profit by buying an insurance company even though I knew nothing about insurance, but with the help of my wife, we figured it out. In the first 1 year, we double our business and have been moving forward ever since. I always knew I was an entrepreneur type person, so again I was trying to figure out how can I make my business grow even bigger so I began to look at different marketing companies until someone connected me with Freedom Equity Group (FEG) I love this company because I can see it has the same kind of passion for helping people that I have.
