1. Head of Technical Risk

   As the first Head of Technology Risk at Sixth Street, I\'m helping guide and shape the information security function and program as the organization completes its separation from TPG Capital. My current priorities and initiatives include: Defined the strategic approach for the information security program based on NIST CSF, and CISv8 IG2 organization and aligned to business needs and priorities. Managing the roll out of the Information Security program using a combination of internal personnel, consultants, and managed service providers. Build a team of experienced information security professionals to support the organization, engineering and information security program governance. Defining and updating policies, standards, and guidelines as they relate to information security such as: ISP, IRP, BCP, Acceptable Use, Access Control, SDL, Security Awareness program. Support the engineering function by providing input on critical security decisions and system designs across internal application develop, and compute infrastructure. Provide support and consultation as it relates to cybersecurity to investment professionals when evaluating potential opportunities. Supporting portfolio companies in an adhoc manner when requested and providing advice and insight into various information security topics.
