About John Hepner

I am an experienced professional in wireless technology industry with focus in the test and measurement areas. My technical expertise, leadership skills and interpersonal abilities, enable me to collaborate with cross functional team(s) in designing/developing test solutions for proof-of-concept designs, new product integration, design verification test and manufacturing of wireless communication products using internal and external manufacturing facilities. This includes being involved in the design transfer of the test solutions/processes to internal and external customers/stakeholders. During the design transfer to external partners, I have traveled to the customer location(s) for line bring up, validation and training at domestic and international locations. In addition to my technical skills, proven leadership, and excellent communication I have interdisciplinary experience in program/project management, product management, manufacturing engineering, quality control and technical sales role. I have experience in leading teams in a people management and/or technical leadership capacity. My ability to learn/ramp quickly on new concepts/technologies has provided me with a diverse skill set which I leverage when working on projects. I have held a security clearance on multiple projects throughout my career.
