Specializing in Network Security and Data Connectivity issues for all supported and unsupported data sources, this role requires me to be language- and database-agnostic in my approach. On a normal day I might install and configure a testing DB that I’ve never heard of before in order to identify, replicate, and document product defects or guide customers on how to resolve environmental conflicts. I make heavy use of Windows and Linux command lines, Python, and tracing tools like netsh, wireshark, and Fiddler. I frequently develop new skills on the fly and immediately present and teach them wearing the name tag of an expert—I can approach any new challenge with confidence and poise.
