About John Hefferon

I have been in construction in one form or another for the past 50 years this year. Having started in the trades as a carpenter was the foundation to understanding the cost side of labor. Moving to the owner’s side in retail helped to understand budgeting, negotiation and design development. My several stints on the contracting side honed constructibility, bidding and schedule management. In the construction industry I believe to be exposed to each is a valuable commodity.

   Apr 2013 — Present

   Assigned to development on great construction Team has allowed me to be part of a large redevelopment in Times Square and bring 4 additional building out of the ground around Manhattan. My current project, 760 Madison, with the Giorgio Armani flagship store at the base and 10 ultra high end residences above, is scheduled to complete at year’s end (‘24).
