I have over 30 years’ experience in assembling, cultivating, and leading high-performance sales organizations. In addition, I am well experienced in driving organic business growth through strategic mergers and acquisitions with providing sound financial oversight earned through progressive C-level roles in the insurance industry. Enjoying my career at Gallagher, I am the Chairman - responsible business development, supporting teams across the country. I am current board member of the Bay Area Health Trust (BAHT) as well as being a former board member of Ferrox Holdings, NexGenRx, Brilliant Mining Resources and a former Director of the Canadian Finance & Leasing Association, Eastern Platinum Ltd, the Toronto Golf Club and Ebony Resources, White Cedar Pharmacy and a number of not for profit organizations.
