   Reporting to the CEO & CMO, responsible for all clinical drug safety and pharmacovigilance activities as well as setting the overall strategic vision. Ensure timely, consistent, and accurate safety reporting in accordance with ICH guidelines, applicable regulatory requirements, and Good Clinical Practices (GCPs). Work closely with the senior leadership team and partner cross-functionally with clinical, medical, regulatory, and commercial departments. Responsible for ensuring that the pharmacovigilance systems and processes are in place for the evaluation and reporting of safety information, and other responses, to meet applicable regulatory requirements for all investigational and marketed products. Provides expert guidance and act as an internal point of contact for all matters relating to drug safety and pharmacovigilance, and external liaison for regulatory agencies and pharmacovigilance vendors.
