I’ve spent my entire career in the electrical distribution industry, working my way up through hands-on roles and progressive leadership positions. Since joining Fromm Electric in 1997, I’ve had the opportunity to serve in several leadership roles before becoming Chief Executive Officer, helping guide the company’s growth, expansion into new markets, and the development of FrommConnect, our services and engineering business.My leadership philosophy is rooted in humility, accountability, and teamwork. I believe success is driven by aligned people, shared purpose, and a culture that puts customers first.
