   The Wounded Warrior Project is a charity and a veterans’ service organization offering programs, services, and events for wounded veterans of military actions. While serving as the Executive Vice President, I have offered years of experience with high integrity. I am known for my ability to envision and create successful outcomes in complex situations. I have a tenacious commitment to driving fundraising and mission goals. As the person in charge of the operations I have many unique responsibilities. I am responsible for establishing and enforcing the organization’s marketing vision and efforts. By creating a fundraising plan, I increased sponsorship that grew from 20K donors in 2005 to 6M+ in 2016. In this capacity, I also effectively lead the Direct Response Team working on all fundraising solicitations including Direct Mail, Online, and Direct Response Television (DRTV). I provide leadership in developing financial plans and organizing stellar programs, such as the Direct Response TV fundraiser that increased giving by $300K in 6 years. I assure that the organization has a long-range strategy and achieves its mission. One of my duties has been consolidating the database to track marketing and accounting, which drove revenue to $400M in 2016 from $10M in 2005. I truly enjoy promoting active and broad participation by volunteers in all areas of the organization\'s work while also maintaining a working knowledge of significant developments and trends in the field. A part of my responsibilities also included instructing and teaching executives the fundamentals of “Direct Response” tactics. I established a “Direct Mail” lesson plan and companion book, as well as conducted two well-received seminars.
