Serves as the Program Director for a $100 Million-dollar contract awarded to Peraton. Lead an operations staff of 75 technicians, and engineers responsible for providing information, services, and technology solutions that enable United States Customs and Border Protection (CBP), to prevent the entry of terrorists or terrorist weapons into the United States (US), facilitate legitimate trade and travel, and secure the U.S. borders. Team provides DHS and CBP with a 24 hour a day, seven days a week, 365 days a year (24x7x365) secure, stable, and high-performance information technology infrastructure, scientific solutions, and forensic services. Other responsibilities include ownership of day-to-day operational service performance (service delivery), including Service Approved Quality Levels (AQL’s), event and incident management, and the management of the service delivered to our customer. Responsible for working with CBP senior leaders to shape the agencies IT operations and security program initiatives to respond to critical IT security issues efficiently and effectively.
