I joined Redi Carpet in 1993 to open the first branch outside of Texas, in Denver, Colorado, and have helped establish additional footprints in various markets throughout the country, in addition to enhancing the development of several acquisitions. I am responsible for 8 branches that are located in Colorado, Utah, Nevada, Arizona, Kansas, Missouri, Indiana, and Ohio. I am passionate about leadership and strive to foster a culture of purpose and trust in which our people really want to come to work, knowing they are part of a community that takes pride in how we serve our customer.
