   Mr. Berry is Chief Operating Officer of MATRIX Construction Products, where he is responsible for estimating and business development for Construction Drilling projects. With over 25 years of experience in Geology and Geotechnical Constructions, Mr. Berry has a deep understanding of drilling slurry chemistry and near surface geological formations, the issues they present and the solutions to overcome these challenges. He specializes in providing construction slurry engineering services to Foundation Drill Shaft contractors, and Heavy Civil Contractors on Tunneling /Micro-Tunneling and Slurry Wall projects across the United States and internationally. He has experience in various applications of drilling slurry technology, providing advice on fluid recipes, dosages, what additives to apply and the proper mixing order for these products. This track record of solving problems for clients has earned him the valued trust of clients in the drilling, regulated and geotechnical community. He received his BS in Geology from Southeast Missouri State University (1986). He is a registered Professional Geologist in Texas, Wisconsin, Pennsylvania and Tennessee. He is a member of ADSC-IAFD, DFI, AEG, ASCE, GSA, AIPG, and SME.
