Works with the Global Technical Director and their global Technical Director peers to align and prioritize the implementation of the DCS (Data Center Solutions) technical strategic roadmap. They drive standardization of best practices, champion technical solutions, and promote innovation, sustainability, and ESG across our data center network. Their role includes setting the Divisional Technical Strategy, leading the Technical Team in developing technical processes, assisting with site compliance processes, mentoring, and growing the engineering knowledge of the CFMs, AGMs, Technical Managers, Engineers, and Technicians in the business units. They also ensure operational alignment and knowledge sharing across the Americas region and promote the correct implementation of rules and procedures for safe working.
