My experience can be best described as diverse and impacting. Although most of my responsibilities centered on internal audit, compliance and other regulatory oversight, it was not limited to US Government contracting but included international business relative to US standards as well as foreign requirements.Some of the areas I have in-depth experience include International Trade Finance, Import Control, Export Control, FCPA, anti-boycott, FAR and CAS. I am proficient in effective presentation development, as a trainer, in conducting investigations, providing process characterizations. My customer interaction includes foreign military, US Government Agency heads (DCAA, DCMA, DOS, DOC, Small Business Administration, Department Navy, Department of Air Force, Customs, GSA, etc.Specialties: Leading initiatives, taking on issues and challenges that are difficult, working with our customers and interpreting laws and regulation and how they apply.
