ABOUT JOHN GREGORY
Having completed a Business Studies degree in 1980, John spent five years in Australia, the last three of which were as Regional General Manager for TransAmerica Container Leasing Company, overseeing all activities in Australia, New Zealand and the South Pacific.By 1985, John’s father was keen to give his second son a trial to see if a third generation would take over the business. Now in his fourth decade of running the company, John assumes that the trial was successful!In John’s time the business has grown from a turnover of £1m and 40 staff to in excess of £250m and 2500 employees.John lives with his family near Exeter and in Cornwall and spends much of his spare time watching or playing sport. John also spent many years as a trustee of Devon Air Ambulance.
