Responsible for the execution of projects, which includes the company’s safety performance, the quality of the work completed and production levels- Provide technical support to construction crews as required- Consult with clients to address any issues pertaining to project execution, schedule or Management of Change process- Prepare varying levels project schedules utilizing Primavera P6 software- Prepare project management plans and procedures for submission to client- Review project safety and quality procedures prior to submission to client- Prepare project progress reports- Meet with current as well as potential new clients to solicit opportunities for company sustainability and growth- Prepare project estimates and perform constructability reviews for projects prior to commencement of construction activities- Perform contract reviews to ensure the received contracts are in line with the RFP documentation and the contract Terms & Conditions are fair and reasonable.
