Manufacturing and construction management come to me to help save time, find clarity and improve there financial well-being. Most have a solid start but know they can do more to secure their financial future. When I was promoted into papermill management, I struggled to find the time and energy to invest in my financial future. My life seemed like ground hogs day…wake up at 5, drive an hour to work, work 10 -12 hours, get home, and go to bed. The 24 hr/7 day a week operation wore me down and made it tough to make the best financial decisions, even though I was passionate about it. When I decided to leave the paper industry, I was managing 2 paper machines and a logistics department. I left because I knew there was a better way to serve the people that stood by my side through thick and thin, working all hours of the night to make paper.
