   Executive Business partner: Responsibilities are to lead Real Estate and Facilities optimization and support the $7.5B acquisition of Perspecta and portions of Northrop Grumman by Peraton Inc. and their Owners Veritas. Developed Corporate strategy to consolidate and vacate properties leaning forward to an aggressive target goal. Subsequent to close we have reduced the number of locations by 47% and total occupancy by two million square feet and reduced our annual run rate by $62M while adding 29 new sites. A key item is the management, tracking and upgrading our ICD 6/9 and ICD 705 security environments. Responsible for Environmental Health and Safety (EHS). Lead the initial baseline development of corporate Green House Gas measurements and reporting as well as annual updates. Operate as a partner across the portfolio to improve coordination, provide guidance, pm mentoring, training and develop operational solutions to win proposals and meet the Sectors obligations.
