In my relatively short time at the company, I worked on the following projects - Call summarisation for call centre and patient interactions – I delivered $1.2m in annualised operational savings through AI-driven features that reduced call centre after call workload by 5 minutes per call- I led a team of 2 engineers to deliver the MVP of two of the subsystems of the telehealth platform. This involved working through a lot of ambiguity with stakeholders to define requirements, creating the architecture design, scoping and organising the work- Appointment booking – I identified an opportunity to build v’s buy the functionality we needed for the appointment booking subsystem, delivering in 6 weeks and saving the company $20K per month on the alternative buy option- Consultation Video Calling – I identified early on the technological feature differences between AWS Chime and AWS Connect that would drastically impact the end users experience and I worked closely with the Lead Product Manager to outline the UX and technical trade offs- I sat on our internal architectural group, working closely with our Principal Architect and Head of Engineering to drive architectural decisionsTech: AWS (RDS PostgreSQL, Amazon Connect, Amazon Chime SDK, Lambda, SQS, ECS, S3, Bedrock AI, AWS CDK), Node.js, TypeScript, Jest, NestJs, Github Actions, Modular Monolith, GraphQL API, Agile, Datadog
