Lead monthly meetings and complete CPARS, QASPs, mods, disputes, options, and CAC applications/reverifications within this role.• Create and compile end-to-end CRP documentation including Determination and Findings, Base Memos, Market Research Reports, Product Descriptions/Minimum Requirements, IGCEs, Justification and Approvals, Requirement Identification Documents (RID), Memorandums for Record, and Technical Evaluations according to PEO contract requirements.• Procure IT hardware, software, services, and miscellaneous supplies according to AFARS regulation. Create GPC forms, 889, RFQs/RFIs, and PRs as the PEO HQ GPC holder. Reconcile charges in US Bank AXOL and requested/filed signed invoices for US Bank and IPT closeout.• Complete market research via CHESS, GSA, DLA, AIDB Base Supply, and commercial sources to provide solutions to APEOs.• Work with the IPT to evaluate and propose process changes for improved efficiency within the Plans, Programs, Resources, and Procurements Team. Collaborate with others to create a comprehensive presentation describing the results and adjustments proposed in the IPT’s audit.• Train personnel on the operational tasks within GFEBS, PIEE, CHESS, GSA, SAM, ePROBE, and TeamTrack.• Confirm execution of contract deliverables with PM and Common funds POCs to accept invoices in WAWF.• Provide execution plans and explanations to complete Joint Review Process for CEMA program funding.
