As Chancellor, I serve as the chief executive for campus operations, leading strategic initiatives to drive student success, enrollment growth, workforce alignment, and community engagement for a college serving over learners annually—including traditional undergraduates, high school dual credit students, and non-credit workforce trainees.I am responsible for the oversight of all campus functions, including academic affairs, student services, workforce partnerships, fundraising, facilities, finance, and strategic planning. My leadership is guided by Ivy Tech’s statewide strategic plan, Higher Education at the Speed of Life, which prioritizes operational excellence, student experience, workforce relevance, and instructional quality.Key focus areas include- Expanding high-demand academic and workforce programs aligned with regional and state needs- Increasing student retention, completion, and transfer outcomes- Building partnerships with industry, K–12, university leaders, and community stakeholders- Leading fundraising and capital development in collaboration with the Ivy Tech Foundation
