In my 12+ years at Waste Management Inc, my teams have performed at high levels which have allowed me to further my career from a Route Manager in 2007 to my current role as a Senior District Manager. I accomplished this by ensuring our team was putting people first, coaching employees, setting goals, holding each other accountable, and celebrating success. I have found that collaboration from ALL team members is secret to success.As a team we have delivered superior customer service both safely and efficiently which has allowed us to meet our financial goals. By meeting or exceeding our goals we as individuals have earned accolades. My accolades in my career include; 2014 Corporate Route Manager Council member, 2018 Area Leadership Forum member, 2019 Corporate Commitments and Values member, Circle of Excellence Winner in years 2014, 2016, and 2017. I have also had two of my team members receive a total of three Circle of Excellence awards too. Myself and my team are also relied upon to help roll out and support Corporate initiatives in both technology and process to help drive results.
