Affiliate of Habitat for Humanity that builds permanently affordable homes, offers critical home repairs to support our community in King & Kittitas Counties. Our repair team performs over 100 home repairs each year, improving safety, enhancing opportunities to age in place, and preventing displacement for community members, including non-Habitat homeowners. Our construction team delivers 60+ affordable homes each year, utilizing three different build strategies. Volunteer builds allow us to maximize community engagement, sub-contractors expand our capacity, and general contractors allow us to take on bigger, more complex projects such as Liberty Commons, our biggest single building ever at 58 homes. The location, sophistication, and complexity of the affiliate\'s model mean that I feel fortunate to combine mission, passion, and geography in this role.
