   With the merger of DuPont Nutrition & Biosciences with IFF, I am now an employee of IFF as of February 1, 2021. During my DuPont career, I started the Environmental Fate of Industrial Chemicals lab, then Global Corporate Technical Leader for Environmental Sciences, and then taking the lead to develop DuPont\'s Microbiome competency which is clearly a platform for many future product opportunities.Over the last 8 years, I successively designed, initiated, and fully implemented the building of our Microbiome Sciences competency in Wilmington. With successes leading Microbiome initiates in Crop Biologicals and Animal Nutrition & Health related discovery research for new product opportunities, I have now expanded our microbiome capabilities into the Personal Care space.As the Technical Leader for the Microbiome Platform for Personal Care, I have designed and implemented the technical plan for projects that will produce a myriad of product opportunities in the Personal Care space.Reappointment to the NJ Department of Environmental Protection Science Advisory Board (SAB)-New 3 year reappointment. First appointed to the SAB in 2009 by Governors Corzine and Christie.Only chemical industry Board member and and 1 of 2 members from industry. Appointed to Microplastics Team
