Led the successful rebranding, repositioning and relaunch of US Residential (division of Capital Partners) culminating in the successful merger with Resource Residential in 2017 Co-led the successful brand formation team and launch of Holoform, an interior demountable glass wall system and division of Oldcastle Building Envelope and CRH in 2018. Assisted in marketing and growing the brand from $0-$13M+ in its first three years Co-led the agency team in the successful fast-tracked redevelopment, redesign and implementation of the new Blain’s Farm & Fleet automotive service experience at the new Dubuque, IA superstore (insights to implementation in under 4 months) leading to greater service offering awareness, improved service times, enhanced customer experience and overall greater traffic, trial and customer retention
