Competitive operations on the college esports team at Riot comes with a host of responsibilities. I write policy, craft rulesets, work with third party vendors, speak with players on a daily basis, elicit feedback from them and use it to make operational changes to competitive formats for the future. I do all of this for two titles worth of esports; League of Legends and VALORANT. Additionally, I collaborate with internal Riot teams on everything from competitive analytics and storytelling to getting swag into the hands of our student fans. Working at Riot has taught me how to see the forest from the trees and scout the next frontier of esports. ADDITIONAL PROJECTS: VCT Americas - Competitive Operations - Launched the inaugural season of VALORANT Champions Tour in North America. Managed relationships with our 10 franchised organizations and wrote and implemented competitive rules and policies for the league. LCS Game Changers - Project Management
