Developed and led process improvement and change initiatives that fuel sustainable business growth.A few of my career achievements include: Evaluation of top-tier mining company operations and organization to maximize efficiency and skillsets Crafted comprehensive strategic plan focused on expansion and modernization of 60-yr-old mineral processing facility Created employee driven continuous improvement program, saving over $2.0 million in first 3 months Streamlined the mining portfolio at Nyrstar which resulted in sustainable cost savings and positive cash flow for the first time in segment history Reduced Nyrstar Mines direct operating cost by 46% and capital expenditures by 57% over a two year period Developed operation plans, refurbishment activities and pre-feasibility studies for a 125 year old silver mine in Idaho and greenfield studies for another in Mexico Positioned major gold mine for 9 additional years of production with construction and commissioning of a large-scale heap leach facility. Exploration and drilling of 1M oz. additional gold reserves.
