As the highest ranking technical staff member I handle a wide variety of technology. Mostly focused on customer design & onboarding, product development, and NAN’s internet backbone network design. My team and I operate NAN’s carrier class network and IaaS offerings that are focused on flexibility and scaling. One of our leading features that I have designed is the ability to build MPLS (at layer 2 or 3) connections right into our IaaS cloud to provide ultra-low latency and dedicated bandwidth to our customers who need more than just “cloud” and “internet”. I also help perform staff training on both the engineering and sales engineering side of the company. Helping my teams develop skillsets to grow in their careers. Occasionally you may even see me on the front lines to lead by example, and “show not tell” my staff how to do a quality job on projects such as fiber optimization, firewall installations, and network support. NAN’s CIOaaS product is based around my expertise. Having a demonstrated skill in driving strategic technical direction of NAN and our partners, my expertise is baked right into our CIOaaS offerings to help our larger clients plan their technical direction for years ahead.
