I founded Gill\'s Process Control Inc.(Gill\'s) in 1995, and since then, I have been responsible for all aspects of the company\'s operations, including project management, financial administration, employee development, and customer relations. I have a Bachelor of Science degree in Industrial Technology - Electronics from Appalachian State University, and I am committed to staying updated on the latest trends and regulations in my field.As a President and a Validation Specialist at Gill\'s, I have successfully completed numerous projects involving equipment control modifications, computer and PLC validations, HMI remediation, and IQ, OQ, and PQ protocols. I have extensive knowledge and skills in FDA GMP, Quality System, Root Cause Analysis, and other relevant areas. I have also established strong relationships with pharmaceutical companies in Eastern N.C, and I have earned their trust and satisfaction with my professionalism, reliability, and efficiency. I enjoy working with my team of qualified and dedicated validation specialist, and I strive to create a positive and supportive work environment.
