I Opened and developed a successful branch office that covered the Northwest region of Indiana (and parts of Illinois) and had the office profitable within 9 months, which normally averages a 2 year span to achieve. My branch generated a profitable P&L for all 11 consecutive years under my operation/supervision. I utilized my skills in Human Resources to achieve company objectives while providing direction and leadership to large teams. I hired, trained, supervised and mentored personnel which produced loyal employees that represented the organization in a professional manner with confidence and ability to service our clients/customers.
