Responsible for developing and implementing aircraft Line Maintenance plans.* Reviews, plans, and schedules aircraft Deferred and Carry Forward items including Minimum Equipment List (MEL), Configuration Deviation List (CDL), Deferred Item Project (DIP), Non-Essential Furnishing (NEF), Follow-Up Non-Chronic (FUP), Borrowed Parts (BOR), and Engineering Change/Repair Authorization (ECRA) items that are currently applicable to the aircraft.* Updates aircraft log pages with estimated manpower requirement, expected required parts, and troubleshooting direction information, as well as the coordination of material (Rotable and Non-Rotable parts), and special tooling if needed.* Supports Out-of-Service events in the planning and technical needs if required.* Engages with Service Line Engineering and other entities in the process of work plan implementation.Coordinates and Communicates with the Network Operations Center, System/Station Operations, Routing, Maintenance Control, Material Logistics, Maintenance Stations, Station Field Planning, Base Planning, and Engineering to facilitate the best maintenance plan while ensuring the timely repair of affected aircraft systems, components, and cabin discrepancies.* Implements prompt decisions in facilitating maintenance planning direction in order to provide serviceable aircraft to the airline.
