As a recruiter, I help prestigious restaurants seek out highly qualified candidates who will fit their culture and thrive within their concept. I work with many local and national restaurants in the state of Maryland. My highly qualified team uses the latest social media technology and a very large resume database to locate and qualify the right candidates for the position our clients are looking to fill. We review the resumes, interview and qualify the candidates, and present them to our clients. We manage the entire human resource process all the way to the acceptance of the job offer. I provide my clients with the due diligence and expertise necessary to ascertain the best candidates out there. We guarantee our placements with a 90-day trial period, whereas if the candidate does not remain with the client for 90 days we will replace them with another candidate at no extra cost. Conversely as a recruiter, my obligation is also to serve those who are seeking employment; those hospitality candidates who are looking for a better quality of life, seeking a change, career progression, more responsibility, higher salaries, working closer to their families, or just taking on more responsibility. I will help them find interviews with my clients, coach and advise them through the process with company videos and instructional information, monitor their progress, and be there every step of the way to lead them up to the job offer. So, my job is to serve as a professional liason in connecting hospitality clients with the very best people available in the field right now.
