With over 25 years of experience in Information Governance (Records Management/Knowledge Management), E-Discovery, New Business Intake (“NBI”), Conflicts Management and Docketing in law firms and the legal vertical space, I have demonstrated a true understanding of business processes by identifying deficiencies and in creating solutions for workflow processes. My comprehension of the need for clear and effective communication, coupled with the ability to bridge the communications gap among all levels of management, IT staff and employees, bring additional value to my processes.
