I have several years of Sales Experience in Broadcast, Advertising, Real Estate and Home Flooring. Currently employed as a million dollar producer in Sales in Home Flooring - Carpet at Nebraska Furniture Mart. My professional experience also includes working in Sales on major advertising accounts while representing one of the finest broadcast organizations in the country at WFAA-TV, once subsidiary of the Belo Corporation. Prior to that, I honed my experience at Petry National Televison by representing over 70 televison stations that varied in their products and services, negotiating hundreds of contracts yearly. Before moving to Texas, I worked at a start-up television station in Charleston, SC in Sales. Prior to that my background had been in operations and production - studio and remote sports broadcast. In Real Estate, I worked with investors and home buyers in finding real estate to diversify their investment holdings or to find a home for their personal needs. I have helped buyers obtain HUD and REO homes. I have also managed investment rental properties. I am very analytical, able to speak in front of groups of people, computer proficient, and able to help clients reach their goals. I am familiar with the short sale and foreclosure process in regard to real estate, along with investments, real estate marketing, and all aspects of agency relationships with clients.
