I currently work as a Director in the Kroll Expert Services (Construction Disputes) UK team. I am a Chartered Quantity Surveyor with over 20 years of experience in the industry across a range of construction and engineering projects. My project experience working for both a main contractor and as a consultant, encompasses iconic large‐scale developments.I am familiar with a range of contract forms and have experience in the areas of pre and post contract administration, risk/change management, financial reporting, claims preparation and defence, delay analysis and dispute resolution.I have been involved in the production of a number of expert witness reports in the fields of delay and quantum, in connection with construction and engineering disputes both for litigation and international commercial arbitration.I have detailed knowledge of the standard forms of contract and regularly provide support and advice to clients in the review and analysis of claims in relation to delay and quantum. This entails providing advice on entitlement, independent audits and advice on the options available for presenting or defending such claims.
