ABOUT JOHN FLAKE

Years ago, at the age of thirty-one, I took the risk to start a commercial real estate firm, which was able to experience growth and success through hard work and supportive relationships with many wonderful people. Now, my daughter Jessica - with a lot more experience than I had at the time - has initiated a 21st century vision of Flake & Company as a provider of real estate services, at the same time keeping our tried and true value of providing outstanding results and profitable outcomes for clients. I have departed Flake & Kelley Commercial to add my years of experience (studied advice) to the new business, whose associates combine a wealth of knowledge, energy and studied advice (innovative recommendations). As you can understand, it is a father’s dream to work side-by-side with his daughter to provide professional services that benefit others. As we join together along a special hand-picked group of associates, we are prepared to tackle challenges, projects and developments that will benefit those who need our suite of services.I look forward to carrying on the legacy of the Flake name as part of the new Flake & Co.
