As a Forward Deployed Engineer/Mission Execution Lead, I deliver and implement advanced radar products directly to customer sites, ensuring seamless deployment and operational readiness. I embed with customers to integrate CHAOS system data into their existing platforms, enhancing overall system compatibility and performance. This role involves close collaboration with end users to gather workflow insights and product requirements, enabling tailored solutions that meet mission-critical needs. I conduct in-field testing, implementation, and troubleshooting, resolving technical issues to ensure successful product operation. Additionally, I provide hands-on training to customers, ensuring confident use of the deployed technologies. I serve as a liaison between customer teams and internal engineering groups, capturing real-time feedback from the field and translating it into actionable product improvements. I also work with product engineering teams to prioritize key customer features, address performance challenges, and accelerate product delivery timelines. In support of these responsibilities, I travel up to 50% both domestically and internationally to facilitate integration, training, and customer engagement efforts.
