Experience- investigating title and producing reports and certificates of title on a variety of real estate assets including retail parks, office buildings, airports, care sector properties and plots of land for purchase and development, including assistance with the development funding transaction relating to Plot 9 First Street, Manchester (to facilitate development for the largest office letting in Manchester in 2022), and the purchase of a stake in Media City, one of the largest transactions in Manchester in 2021- negotiation of warranties, SPA provisions for real estate assets, real estate due diligence and data room management on a number of corporate and banking transactions, including the sale of the Pinnacle, the largest office sale in Leeds in 2022- day to day management of files for both landlord and tenant clients, including institutional landlords, investors in care sector property, office and leisure sector tenants, pro bono clients and local authorities- client relationship associate for the real estate work for a multi-national corporation- investigating and dealing with different trust structures, including historic types- working with legal tech tools including docusign, Avail and various types of data rooms.
