Represents the interests of AGC MA and is responsible for directing and coordinating the activities of the Chapter to achieve the goals, objectives, and standards of the organization.• Reports to and works in cooperation with the AGC Officers & Board of Directors to provide leadership, management, and strategic direction for the association• Ensures effective and efficient operations of the Chapter, and is responsible for directing day to-day affairs including general management, personnel, finances, member services, programming, and public relations• Works in cooperation with the Board & Staff to demonstrate value to current and potential AGCMA Members• Promotes, protects & represents the interests of the AGC on Beacon Hill and with federal, state, and local agencies & awarding authorities• Maintains relationships with allied industry & professional associations, public service organizations, labor unions, the media, and the AGC of America
