I am responsible for IT Operations and Security at all Cecil County Government locations. This includes Administration, Emergency Services, Law Enforcement, Central Landfill, and Wastewater treatment sites. I am involved in all facets of IT, from fiscal/strategic planning all the way to implementation and client sign-off. I regularly interface with vendors, technicians, and department heads with a heavy hand in project management. I am part of the departmental leadership team and am tasked to advise the IT director on all IT-related efforts involving IT operations and security.
