   Department lead on a cross functional team to redevelop our fiber splicing curriculum for multiple business groups as expectations of the technical workforce evolved and was personally recognized by all levels of leadership.• I received a Brandon Hall Award in 2021 for continuous improvement of the company’s Fiber Splicing Program by virtualizing the 5-day class (Best Advance in Technology for Virtual-Classroom or Conference Technology).• Pre Leader-Academy Crew Captain Lead supporting the development of ~70 Captains across ~10+ crews with 200+ total participants annually to prepare them for future leadership opportunities.• Extensive knowledge around reading Engineering Work Orders, fiber characterization/testing, tools and best practices involved in building out a network in OSP and ISP environments (Case Building, Repairs, OTDR, iOLM, OLTS, etc.).• Prepared an average of 150+ technicians annually to build, maintain, and trouble shoot the fiber network in various markets across the US along with 250+ other technicians to work safely in various OSP and ISP construction scenarios.• Certified five internal peers and four contractors to facilitate our 5 day and 8-day fiber splicing programs to ensure consistency with best practices, methodologies, and learner experience.• Worked alongside the operations team that manages capital tools, equipment repairs, and consumable re-supply for all OSP and ISP courses.(Manhole Safety, Aerial Lift, Line Construction, Pole Climbing, etc.).• Supported the design efforts and facilitated a series of C-band integration courses preparing 150+ engineers for cell site upgrades through FY23 for internalization of work and preparation for future fiber circuit upgrades.• Mentored and Coached peers on expense policies, coordinating work travel, and approval flows for security-regulated sites.
