As the Chair of Mental Health at WarriorGMR Foundation, I lead a team of experts and advocates who are dedicated to improving the well-being and resilience of veterans and their families. With over 20 years of experience as a medical psychologist and neuroscientist, I have a strong background in clinical research, health psychology, cognitive behavioral therapy, and digital health.My mission is to leverage my expertise and skills to create and implement evidence-based solutions that address the mental health challenges and needs of the veteran community. I partner with academic, government, and corporate stakeholders to design and conduct clinical trials, develop and evaluate digital health interventions, and disseminate best practices and innovations in the field of mental health. I am passionate about advancing the science and practice of mental health and empowering veterans to thrive in their lives.
