With over 20 years in health and safety, I currently lead Subsea7’s global safety management systems and supporting IT infrastructure. My journey began in maritime logistics, transitioning into safety at a fabrication yard in Alabama before moving to Houston. Since 2018, I’ve been passionate about Human and Organizational Performance (HOP), and since 2021, I’ve helped embed HOP into Subsea7’s culture—enhancing how we understand risk and learn from everyday work. I’m proud to work with leaders who value curiosity, learning, and continuous improvement.
