I have managed four branches, three of them old branches that all needed to be improved - sales and operation, the fourth branch being a new branch which I have helped in the preparation and start up. This has been my career so far at City Plumbing, I utilised my experience within Benchmarx to help develope myself and the team and improve these three older branches and helped with the development of the team at the new branch, my focus has been to improve the Customer Service, stock control, procedures which inturn has improved the sales within all three branches (including dealing with so very large national/local contracts). Within my time in City Plumbing I have recruited mulitple colleagues in all positions with my first Assistant Manager promoted to Branch Manager in a new branch, I\'ve also achieving a 7 out 8 in Stay Safe Audit and a 93% Green Key Control Audit. I have supported the region with struggling branches with improvements needed in their operations after non green audits, also helping develop new/struggling Branch Managers.
