Progressive Beginnings is where it all began and has been our passion to improve the pediatric and aquatic therapy services available in the Sheboygan County landscape. Nicki and I founded Progressive Beginnings back in not really knowing what we were getting into but knowing we had a passion for providing excellent patient care and opportunities for families that were pushed aside by other providers. We were/are different than others. We always put families first and take it personal with all the care provided by our wonderful team. Hiring OT, PT and SLP, PSRs and Billers we want to leave an amazing footprint of what therapy should look like. Amazing classes, amazing therapists and amazing opportunities. We will mentor, develop and grow the therapist you are!Rehab Solutions Group, assists clients with program development, compliance, clinical programming, denial management and prevention, practice acts, recruiting, EMR, coding, legislative changes, continuing education and marketing. Our goal is to assist you with training, growth and retention in every department, not just therapy. We will be there with you to educate and train your Nursing staff, MDS Staff, Business Office, Activities team, Admission and Discharge and even work with administrators to truly understand their rehabilitation department and how daily interactions with the rehab team should be handled. Additionally, we look for ways to save organizations money on their rehabilitation services costs, while maximizing reimbursement for actual services delivered. With this it is imperative to insure that quality, ethics and standards do not suffer. We take pride in knowing our customers and working with them to grow strong partnerships and name identification within their markets. Staying abreast to current trends and legislative changes enables Rehab Solutions Group to prepare our customers for upcoming changes and insure our therapy departments, MDS coordinators and business office managers are prepared.
