Coordinate, prioritize, collaborate, improve efficiency and maintain frequent communication with Sr. Management, hospital facilities, Managed Care Team, Government Organizations and multiple Healthcare organizations to gain access and to review KPI metrics, data trends, portal access and calculations. •Observe and analyze KPIs, provider metrics and other related reports to accurately and effectively distribute incentive compensation/bonuses monthly, quarterly, semi-annually and annually. •Perform quality checks on existing queries (MySQL), reports and ETL jobs. •Review and verify payments that are posted to the Athena Incentive Dashboard which also includes HEDIS, HPSA/HSIP/PCIP Incentive Programs and Management Fees. •Reconcile data provided and distribute monthly performance reports with supporting documentation. •Responsible for ensuring that payments are posted to the correct programs, are assigned to the correct providers and provider groups per remittance or payer information we receive. •Access multiple Government portals to accumulate data required to investigate, review and confirm incentive requirements met and protocols are followed for accurate monetary distribution. •Assist the markets with locating incentive or bonus money if it has been posted to other areas in Unpostables and make sure it is reassigned accordingly.
