Implement and ensure compliance with the asset policy for retailers and growers in Europe • Ensure standardized asset management procedures within IFCO Europe. • Proactively monitor the retailer and grower performance in Europe and report it to the relevant countries.• Improve the flow data collection from our customers and perform data cleansing using Machine Learning methods.• Analyze the data to highlight risks associated with critical customers and help the management in decision-making.• Define and monitor the KPIs related to Asset flows using the data from our web-based clearing system. Coordinate with the local Asset Control teams in carrying out inventories at customer locations.• Create documentation and analyses for inventories and stock differences.• Benchmark best practices related to Asset Control and ensure that these are replicated in all countries.• Take ownership of and lead process improvement projects in collaboration with the IT team.
