I am a decorated veteran of the United States Army who has built a strong track record of success delivering the key leadership, strategies, and insights to take operational performance to new levels of success. Over the course of my career, I have repeatedly excelled at building, training, and optimizing the productivity of large operational teams that continually exceed expectations. I always strive to create strong work environments that promote professional development, employee engagement, and innovation as the core components to achieve sustained success for my organizations. My most recent role as a Program Leader for U.S. Vets enabled me to put my operational leadership capabilities to maximum use delivering vital programming and services to help homeless and at-risk veterans and their families secure employment, housing, federal & state-directed funds, and qualifying program entitlements I am currently seeking to transition to a new career path and leverage my operations and program management skillset to play a key role in driving an organization\'s success.
