Working with the Edge Comms team on the industrial Wireless transformation program, my role as service transition lead is to work with internal and external stakeholders to design and implement the target operating model and approach for transitioning services into BAU support. This crucial initiative enables next-generation wireless connectivity at APM terminals, supporting other key projects aligned with the company\'s strategic 2030 plan. My key deliverables include:Design and Implementation: Creating and executing a target model and approach for transitioning support for industrial wireless solutions into the APMT Global Support Model.Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborating with regional stakeholders to socialize the approach, garner support, and ensure both local and regional buy-in.Transition Management: Partnering with internal and external stakeholders to design and transition the support of services, including managing all handoffs and dependencies.Early Life Support: Establishing robust early life support processes for each transitioned terminal.Risk and Issue Management: Identifying and managing risks and issues related to the transition of services.Service Delivery: Working closely with the Service Delivery Manager to ensure an effective handover to BAU support and clear ongoing service management and improvement processes.Achievements to Date:Successfully transitioned support for three terminals (Gothenburg, Aarhus, and Tangiers TM2) into the global support model.Led a service improvement initiative to enhance connectivity at TM2 and TC1 in Tangiers, resolving interference issues from the public network and significantly improving service quality.Effectively transitioned support for ASA VPN gateways, ensuring secure encryption and information protection in public LTE solutions.
